With nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, Kavan is a proven business leader and commercial strategist. He holds deep expertise in global partnerships, in-and-out licensing, and navigating the generics market. Throughout his career, he has consistently executed strategic initiatives that drive international growth, expand market access, and create sustainable long-term value.
Before founding his current ventures, Kavan built a highly successful career across top-tier global pharmaceutical organizations. During a six-and-a-half-year tenure as Manager of International Business at Baxter International Inc., he expanded the company’s global footprint and managed complex international networks. Earlier, he drove commercial success and managed expansive territories in senior sales and business roles at 3M, Eli Lilly and Company, and MSD. He began his foundational career with pivotal roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Pfizer, progressing from professional service to specialized cancer care advising.
Kavan holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, where he built a strong academic foundation in pharmaceutics, pharmacology, and industrial pharmacy.
